Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.

The original packaging and any accompanying accessories must be returned.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a defect, Rfaheya | رفاهية will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

You wish to exchange the item for another product (subject to price difference if applicable).

The product received was defective or incorrect.

Exchange Conditions:
