You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

1-The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
2-You received a product different from what you ordered or not as described.

Return Conditions:

1-The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
2-The original packaging and any accompanying accessories must be returned.
3-If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
4-If the return is due to a defect, Rfaheya | رفاهية will cover the return shipping costs in full.

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

1-You wish to exchange the item for another product (subject to price difference if applicable).
2-The product received was defective or incorrect.

Exchange Conditions:

1-The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2-Exchange is limited to one time per order.
